Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to make the requested change if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days in major cities and 3–7 business days in other cities and remote areas. Weekends, public holidays or courier delays may affect these estimates.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be dispatched again.
Yes. FERAL specialises in premium oversized streetwear T-shirts designed with a relaxed, modern fit. Most designs can be styled by both men and women.
Available sizes are shown on each product page and may vary depending on stock. Our current T-shirts are generally available in S, M, L and XL. Please check the product measurements before ordering.
FERAL uses premium, high-density cotton fabrics designed for comfort, structure and durability. Selected T-shirts are made with 220 GSM combed cotton.
Wash your T-shirt inside out using cold or normal-temperature water and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and direct ironing over printed artwork. Air drying is recommended to help maintain the fabric and print.

A return or exchange may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order for an incorrect item, manufacturing defect, damaged product or size exchange, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and have all original tags attached.
FERAL will cover return shipping if we delivered an incorrect or defective product. For size changes or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
For a visibly damaged package, contact us within 24 hours. For an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 7 days. Please include your order number and clear photographs so our support team can assist you.
After the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
